An unhurried morning

Breakfast, then the day is yours.

Gather for breakfast before a swim, a morning on the tennis court or a walk through the olive groves. There is space to spend time together, and space for everyone to find their own rhythm.

Breakfast is prepared every morning by the housekeeping team, with eggs on request.

Your private chef

The pleasure of a shared table.

Lunch beside the pool. An evening in the dining room. A special dinner in the courtyard. Meals become a natural part of your holiday together, with your private chef preparing two meals a day, six days a week.

Share your group’s preferences and dietary requirements when planning your stay, so we can discuss the menus and arrangements with you.

Wednesday is the chef’s day off. We are happy to recommend places to eat, and our guest relations team can help with reservations. Our guest relations team can explain food, drinks and any additional charges when you enquire.
