Bring us your client brief.

We warmly welcome booking enquiries from travel agents, villa specialists, concierge teams and private travel assistants. Share your clients’ preferred dates and requirements, and we will work with you to explore availability, prices and the arrangements for their stay. You will receive an email acknowledgement when you submit this form, followed by a personal reply from our bookings team.

We value your role in introducing clients and shaping their stay. We work with a selected group of specialist agencies and are pleased to discuss suitable new relationships. Commercial terms are agreed individually before a booking is confirmed.

Your private estate

The house, gardens, terraces, a garden swimming pool, tennis court and whole estate are exclusively your clients’, with our guest relations, chef and housekeeping team on hand to look after their stay.

18 guests in the Masseria

22 guests with Trullo Petrarolo

24 guests with the Trullo and Airstream

Just a stone’s throw away, the Trullo is beautifully renovated in the same distinctive style. The Trullo and Airstream can be added to your booking, subject to availability.

A week, or a little longer

Stays run from Saturday to Saturday, for a minimum of seven nights. Choose your arrival Saturday and we will suggest the following Saturday for departure. You can extend your stay to two, three or more weeks.

Planning ahead

For the widest choice of dates, we recommend enquiring around 12 months ahead, particularly for summer stays. Within nine months of arrival, availability can be more limited, though we warmly welcome enquiries at shorter notice.

Discover Masseria Pistola

If your preferred dates are unavailable, our sister property, Masseria Pistola, offers the same high standard of accommodation and personal service within our wider estate collection. We would be delighted to explore both options with you.
